A consumer and a natural person entering into a contract directly related to their business activity, where the content of that contract indicates that it is not of a professional nature for that person, may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The withdrawal period begins on the day on which the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer, other than the carrier, takes possession of the Goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should submit an unequivocal statement of withdrawal from the contract to the Seller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The statement may be submitted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before the 14-day period expires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After submitting the electronic form, the Customer will receive confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal statement at the e-mail address provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Customer is required to return the Goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which the Seller was informed of the withdrawal from the contract. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the Goods back before the 14-day period expires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Customer bears the direct cost of returning the Goods, unless the Seller agrees to bear that cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Customer is liable for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the event of a valid withdrawal from the contract, the Seller will refund all payments received from the Customer, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Store, no later than 14 days from the date on which the Seller receives the withdrawal statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Seller may withhold the refund until the Goods have been received or until the Customer provides proof that the Goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The refund will be made using the same payment method that the Customer used for the original transaction, unless the Customer expressly agrees to another refund method that does not involve any additional costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases specified in Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In particular, the right of withdrawal does not apply to a contract:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cfor the supply of sound or visual recordings or computer software delivered in sealed packaging, if the packaging has been opened after delivery\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This means that the Customer loses the right to withdraw from the contract after opening the original sealed packaging of a Blu-ray, 4K Blu-ray, DVD, CD or other medium containing a sound or visual recording.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Seller is required to provide the Consumer and an entrepreneur entitled to consumer rights with Goods that conform to the contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If the Goods do not conform to the contract, the Customer may request their repair or replacement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Seller may replace the Goods when the Customer requests repair, or repair the Goods when the Customer requests replacement, if the method chosen by the Customer is impossible or would involve excessive costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Repair or replacement will be carried out within a reasonable time, without excessive inconvenience to the Customer and at the Seller\u2019s expense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Customer may request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract in the cases specified in the Consumer Rights Act, in particular where:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Customer may not withdraw from the contract if the lack of conformity of the Goods with the contract is minor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A complaint may be submitted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is recommended that the complaint include the Customer\u2019s full name, Order number, a description of the identified lack of conformity of the Goods with the contract and the Customer\u2019s requested remedy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Seller will respond to a complaint submitted by a Consumer or an entrepreneur entitled to consumer rights within 14 days of receiving it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
