Scope of Collected Data<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Controller may process data provided by the user when placing an order, creating an account, contacting the store, filing a complaint, or making a return, in particular:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>first and last name,<\/li>\n<li>delivery address and billing address,<\/li>\n<li>e-mail address,<\/li>\n<li>phone number,<\/li>\n<li>company details and Tax ID, if the purchase is made on behalf of a company,<\/li>\n<li>data concerning orders, payments, returns, and complaints,<\/li>\n<li>data provided in correspondence,<\/li>\n<li>IP address and technical data concerning the device and browser.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Controller does not receive full payment card data. Such data is processed by the selected payment operator. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Purposes and Legal Bases for Data Processing<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personal data is processed for the following purposes:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conclusion and performance of a sales contract, order processing, payment, delivery, return, or complaint handling \u2013 based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.  <\/li>\n<li>Maintaining a customer account and providing services electronically \u2013 based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.  <\/li>\n<li>Fulfillment of tax, accounting, and other legal obligations \u2013 based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.  <\/li>\n<li>Responding to messages and inquiries not directly related to a concluded contract \u2013 based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e., the Controller&#8217;s legitimate interest in conducting correspondence and serving users.  <\/li>\n<li>Establishment, pursuit, or defense of legal claims \u2013 based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.  <\/li>\n<li>Ensuring store security, preventing abuse, and maintaining necessary technical statistics \u2013 based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.  <\/li>\n<li>Sending commercial information or newsletters \u2013 based on user consent, if such a service is offered, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and the provisions of the Electronic Communications Act.  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consent may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Data Recipients<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personal data may be transferred to entities that assist the Controller in operating the store, in particular:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>courier, postal, and parcel locker operators,<\/li>\n<li>payment operators,<\/li>\n<li>hosting, e-mail, and technical support providers,<\/li>\n<li>store software and order management system providers,<\/li>\n<li>accounting office,<\/li>\n<li>analytical and marketing tool providers \u2013 only to the extent resulting from granted consents,<\/li>\n<li>law firms, debt collection agencies, or insurers, if necessary to pursue or defend claims,<\/li>\n<li>public authorities, if the obligation to transfer data results from legal provisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entities processing data on behalf of the Controller act on the basis of appropriate agreements or other legal bases provided by law.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Transfer of Data Outside the European Economic Area<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some providers of IT, analytical, or marketing tools may process data outside the European Economic Area.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In such cases, data is transferred only on the basis of mechanisms permitted by GDPR, in particular European Commission adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This information applies only if the store actually uses services that result in such transfer.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.
